Apulien Ferienhaus mit Pool            zur Objektbeschreibung zu Villa Raggio di Sole

Merci für die Nachfrage.

Mit den Ferien hat alles prima geklappt und wir haben die Tage in Apulien in
vollen Zügen genossen. Wunderschöne Liegenschaft inkl. Garten, sehr schöner und ausgesprochen
sauberer Pool , zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter in der Agentur und ein sehr
freundlicher und diskreter Eigentümer – was will man mehr.

Wenn man dann etwas sucht, wäre eine Kleinigkeit anzumerken. Wenn man schon
in einer Weinregion zu Hause ist, wer es schön, wenn neben den vorhandenen
Gläsern zusätzlich noch schöne Weingläser vorfinden würde. Guten Wein haben
wir aber trotzdem getrunken.

„Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

die Villa Raggio di Sole ist ein super schönes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Garten und Pool-Areal sind sehr liebevoll gepflegt und bepflanzt. Unsere Hunde hatten im angrenzenden Olivenhain genug Auslauf, wo sie auch ausschließlich ihr „Geschäft“ gemacht haben. Der Vor-Ort-Service war gut. Negativ war die Tatsache, dass kein deutsches Fernsehen zu empfangen war. Satellitenempfang sollte bei so einem tollen Haus Standard sein!!

Fazit: Das Haus haben wir schon weiterempfohlen. Sicherlich werden wir es nochmals buchen (wenn Satellitenempfang).

„Hallo! Danke für Ihren Folgebrief! Mein kurzes Feedback zu dem Urlaub: es war fantastisch!!!! Das Haus übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen (zum ersten mal fand ich, dass ein Ferienhaus in der Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner war als auf den Bildern im Internet…) und Apulien ist ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde. Alles har gepasst. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich auch der Agentur vor Ort machen und dessen Leiter. Wir wurden hervorragend betreut mit stets hohem Serviceneiveau. Eine kleine Anmerkung haben wir dennoch: in Ihrem Angebot der Villa Raggio di Sole stand, dass Wi-Fi vorhanden sei. Das stimmte jeodoch nicht, da es offenbar Probleme mit dem lokalen Telekommunikationsunternehmen gibt. Das war auf jeden Fall die Erklärung, die wir bekamen. „Hallo,
leider sind wir ja schon wieder daheim. Wir hatten das absolute Superwetter. Das Haus war eines der schönsten, dass wir haben je gehabt. Seit vielen Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Villen, die wir uns im Internet sehr genau ansehen. Aber dieses Jahr war es wirklich ein Highlight. Nicht nur Ausstattung, Haus und Garten mit Pool waren sehr schön, sondern auch die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, waren sehr nett. Das einzige Problem waren die Mikromücken, die sich sogar durch die  Fliegengitter mogelten. Auch ist es tatsächlich von Vorteil, wenn man sich auf italienisch verständigen kann. Deutsch spricht kein da Mensch. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können Ihr Unternehmen wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Falls es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlägt, wurden wir dieses Haus sofort buchen wieder.

Mediterraneo Case: Der Vermieter wohnt nicht nebenan, schaut aber sehr diskret vorbei, um den Garten zu pflegen.

 

„Dear Team Mediterraneo Case
We loved the villa! It was beautiful and clean, well equipped and the pool was fantastic! It was well cared for and the owners were so nice to us, even though we couldn’t speak Italian and they couldn’t speak English! Our children really enjoyed the pool and the space. It is the nicest villa and pool we have ever stayed in. The only thing to consider would be some kind of grill for the base of the BBQ to keep the coals up so they do not sit on the concrete base. It was difficult to get it hot enough to cook for 9 of us with no air able to circulate around the coals. That is a very small issue, we loved the villa and have recommended it to other friends. Thank you.„

„Dear Sir/Madam,
i booked based purely on friends‘ recommendations (they had been there three years running) and was not disappointed. The owners (Guiseppe & Leena) are lovely and keep the property and grounds immaculate. The villa is clean and cool with comfortable beds, two bathrooms (1 with a full-sized bath) and a well-equipped kitchen. Two couples each had a room and we put the three children in the middle room. There was plenty of room to run around, inside and out.

My parents stayed in the „Independance“, a small but well-equipped place 20 yards away from the main villa. There is a further area down a slope that has sleeping quarters as well as a huge dining area / kitchen. There are two family eating areas outside, both covered to provide shade / shelter and enough chairs for at least 10 people.

The pool is gorgeous, clean, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. The whole area is clean, safe & secure (with a lockable gate). It’s close (but not really walkable) to a decent supermarket and 5 mins from Cisternino town. There is a brick BBQ by the covered eating area (up the steps from the pool) and Guiseppe leaves plenty of wood (coal is available from supermarket). Would recommend taking mozzie spray / bite cream etc as the mozzies were vicious! The only difficulty we had was finding the travel agents in Cisternino (they escort you to the villa and show you around), but Roberto speaks excellent English (should you not speak Italian) and was more than helpful. I would definately recommend this villa for friends or family, it’s one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed!“

„Hi there,
I have to give this villa 5 stars for its location, amenities, cleanliness, equipment and the care of the owners. I have been going on self-catering holidays with a group of friends for the past 10 years at least and I have to say that this property has been the best. It is situated a short distance out of the town of Cisternino, in a countryside location, but with a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The villa itself comes very well equipped, 4 washing machines, 3 fridges, lots of hot water, a lovely swimming pool with outdoor showers and bathroom/shower beside the pool. There was also plenty of toilet paper, cleaning materials, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and all bathrooms had liquid soap dispensers. No other villa that I have stayed in has been as generous with these items. The grounds are well maintained by Guiseppe, the owner. Guiseppe and his wife made us most welcome and sometimes left us produce from the garden, figs, lettuce, garlic and olive oil.
There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias in the local area that you could easily be there for 2 weeks and never have to visit the same place twice.
It is a 15 min drive to the beach, but the swimming pool on the property is excellent and very well maintained. Due to the style of architecture, the bedrooms were cool at night, so sleep wasn’t a problem, even with temperatures during the day in the mid to high 30’s. There are a number of fans around the house if these are needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was of good quality. There was a large supply of towels in the bathrooms. As you can see from my review, I really enjoyed my holiday in Puglia, the first time I have been to that region of Italy. I have been to Liguria, Tuscany, Umbria, Le Marche and Rome, but would be very keen to return to Puglia. I would also be very happy to return to this villa, it had all I needed and more.“

„Hallo, liebes Team von Mediterraneo Case,
seit zwei Wochen weilen wir nun wieder in heimischen Gefilden und vermissen Apulien und unser schönes Ferienhaus. Die Bilder, die wir vorher im Internet sahen, haben uns ja neugierig gemacht, die Wirklichkeit war noch viel schöner. Das Haus ist eine Augenweite, 
gepflegt, sauber, wohnlich und für uns vier eigentlich schon fast zu groß. Aber wir haben es genossen. Der Pool gehörte uns ganz allein und wir haben nach einem Jahr Arbeit mal so richtig gefaulenzt. Als besonders angenehm empfanden wir es, dass das Ferienhaus so 
abgeschieden und von außen nicht einsehbar ist. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Die „Hüter des Hauses“ kamen, um den Garten und den Pool zu pflegen, von uns meist unbemerkt. Für Urlauber, die Land und Leute kennen lernen wollen, das noch touristisch fast unerschlossene Apulien, können wir es nur empfehlen.  Es war eine Reise wert.“
