Trullo Specchia

Holiday Homes in Puglia – Trullo for up to 5 people
This beautiful trullo was recently restored by the owner, with the former farmhouse deliberately left in its original layout. To find under a conical roof, the main house with a living-dining area with small kitchenette, a double bedroom and a single room and accessible from the outside over the small charming courtyard a large kitchen and a double room with a small bathroom.

All rooms have been deliberately furnished Spartan but tastefully decorated, so the more you feel the typical flair of these characteristic holiday homes in Puglia. The courtyard and the adjoining little garden are perfect for taking a break, reading an exciting book or simply eating outdoors.

In the garden behind the house is a swimming pool (4 x 10 m, 1.40m deep) from May to September available (other periods on request). A path that leads across the extensive grounds, you reach a small lookout that offers a view over Cisternino to the sea.

From Trullo Specchia you can wonderfully explore the many attractions of this region, such as the well-known town of Alberobello, the white town of Ostuni, the enchanting city of Lecce and, of course, the miles of coast of Apulia. This beautiful property near the famous „White City“ Ostuni consists of a trullo and a lamia. Both accommodations can each accommodate up to 6 people and be booked separately or together. Thus, an ideal property for a group of up to 12 people who want to spend their holidays together in Puglia.

The heart of this country estate is certainly the large swimming pool (4x15m, 1.30m depth) between the two holiday homes, which has a spacious sun terrace and a shaded terrace area and is available for you from April to October. Due to the location of the pool the two holiday homes are guaranteed sufficient privacy. Here it is just wonderful.

The trullo has been completely renovated with care, so that now under the characteristic conical roofs and between the thick walls of the former farmhouse there is a living room with TV, a bedroom with a French bed (1.30 m), a double bedroom with access to the terrace, another double bedroom, a small toilet and a shower room are located. Bright and sunny, it reflects the colors of this landscape – the yellow of the bright sun and the white of the local stones. Vacation time is also synonymous with outdoor dining, barbecuing, relaxing and reading. There is a pavilion in front of the trullo, which provides enough shade, as well as a barbecue and an outdoor shower behind the house. Simply a charming holiday home for up to six people to spend an unforgettable holiday in Italy.

Of course we recommend day trips to Ostuni, the historic center of the white city is simply impressive, with old palazzi, churches and narrow streets. But the baroque town of Martina Franca and the small town of Cisternino are definitely worth a visit. The next beach is the kilometer-long beach Ostuni Marina, which is only a few kilometers from this country house. Then there is the trullo-town of Alberobello, the nature reserve Torre Guaceto, the caves of Castellana … As you can see, there is a lot to discover in Puglia!

This charming villa is located in Santa Caterina – Nardo, near the famous town of Gallipoli. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, and just 800 meters from the Porto Selvaggio nature reserve, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday near the sea with your family or friends.

Villa Ina was very stylishly decorated in shabby chic and soft colors and comfortably equipped. The house has 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 3 bedrooms each with its own shower room. If required, two cots can be added. The well maintained outdoor area offers a beautiful garden, with covered and furnished terrace and a swimming pool (9.5 × 4 m, 1.40 m low). After a trip to the sea you can enjoy a refreshing swim, sunbathe by the pool or read a book under the pavilion in the shade and relax.

The sea in Santa Caterina, 1 km away, offers crystal clear waters. many sandy beaches can be found from 3 km away. The Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve is just 800 meters from the house. Other places of interest such as Gallipoli, Lecce, Leuca can be easily reached on day trips.

Das Meer und die wunderschöne Küste liegt nur  2 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt.

Eingerichtet ist das Haus in einem sehr rustikalen, ländlichem Stil, mit sichtbarem Stein und traditionellen und teilweise antiken Möbeln. Aufgeteilt ist der Trullo in Torre Suda in 1 Wohnküche, 1 Ess-Wohnbereich, 3 Schlafzimmer,  1 Duschbad und eine Außentoilette.  Die möblierte und überdachte Terrasse bietet Ihnen Platz, um Ihre Mahlzeiten während Ihres Apulien Urlaubs im Freien zu geniessen.

Der kleine Küstenort Torre Suda ist nur ca. 2 km vom Haus entfernt und bietet ein paar Bars, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte und natürlich die wunderschöne Küste mit azzurfarbenem Meer.  Der Strand von Torre Suda ist felsig mit niedrigem niedrigen Wasserstand, auf Grund dess, hier auch Kinder leicht baden können. Im Wasser gibt es Sandflecken, die dem Meer eine türkise Farbe verleihen.
Die ersten Sandstrände befinden sich in Mancaversa, einige Autominuten entfernt. Etwa 5 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich das Naturschutzgebiet Punta Pizzo mit seinem karibischen Strand, an dem die Bucht von Gallipoli beginnt.  Im Süden befindet sich der Strand von Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento (12 km Sandstrände).

Entzückendes Ferienhaus mit Pool im Herzen des Salento

Auf einem herrlichen Grundstück im Herzen des Salento liegt dieses Ferienhaus mit Pool. Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, aber optimal aufgeteilt und funktional im modernen Stil eingerichtet. Eine kleine aber feine Ferienunterkunft für eine Familie.

Aufgeteilt ist das Ferienhaus in 1 Wohnküche mit Doppelschlafsofa, 1 Doppelschlafzimmer, 1  Zweibettzimmer und 1 Duschbad.  Vor dem Haus befindet sich die überdachte und möblierte Terrasse, so dass Sie in diesem wunderschönen Aussenbereich, mitten im Grünen Ihre Mahlzeiten, bestehend aus typisch pugliesischen Spezialitäten geniessen können.

Einige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt der Pool (9×5.5×1.4), umgeben von jahrhundertalten Olivenbäumen. Eine wunderschöne Umgebung, um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu geniessen.

Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich des Weiteren ein Hundezwinger mit 2 Hunden. Der Eigentümer schaut einmal täglich nach den Hunden und sieht dabei nach dem Pool und den Garten.

Der kleine Ort Carpignano Salentino ist nur ca. 1 km vom Haus entfernt und bietet ein paar Bars, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Der nächst liegende Strand ist Alimini. Ein Strand aus Sand und einem spektakulärem Meer mit Farben von Smaragdgrün bis Türkis und kristallklarem Wasser . Hinter dem Strand befindet sich ein Kiefernwald, der in den heissen Sommermonaten eine angenehmen Kühle bietet. Sie finden am Strand sowohl freie Strandabschnitte wie auch Strandservices die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vermieten.

Diese strandnahe Ferienwohnung in Apulien liegt in dem Badeort Marina di Mancaversa, im wunderschönen Salento. Geniessen Sie hier einen herrlichen Strandurlaub. Die Strände von Mancaversa sind eine Mischung aus freien Sandbuchten und niedrigen Badefelsen mit Sand im Wasser. Durch den niedrigen Wasserstand können Kinder hier wunderbar baden.

Alle 2-300 Meter gibt es freie Sandstrände und  in ca. 1-2 km Entfernung befindet sich das Naturschutzgebiet Punta Pizzo mit seinem karibischen Strand, an dem die Bucht von Gallipoli beginnt. Nach dem Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich der Strand der grünen Bucht mit Liegestühlen, Bars, Beachvolleyballfeldern usw. Im Süden befindet sich der Strand von Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento (12 km Sandstrände).sich direkt am Meer der bekannten Hafenstadt Gallipoli, am Ipnischen Meer, im Salento/Apulien.

Trullo Allegria verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (für zwei weitere Personen), eine Küche und zwei Badezimmer. Angrenzend an den Trullo gibt es einen Anbau mit zwei Doppelschlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer und einer Wohnküche. Insgesamt finden hier somit bis zu 12 Personen Platz.

Die Außenanlage ist perfekt für Ihren Urlaub, mit einem wunderschönen großen Pool (12 x 5 m), zwei Pavillons für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien sowie einen Grill. Insgesamt viel Platz, um viel Zeit im Freien verbringen zu können, um zu entspannen, zu lesen oder einfach zum Sonnen. Der Swimming-Pool ist von Mai bis September geöffnet, weitere Perioden bitte anfragen.

Die Inneneinrichtung dieses charakteristischen Bauernhauses und des Apartments  ist sehr modern gehalten. Sie finden hier Internet, TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Thermokamin .

Die Lage des Trullos, zwischen Cisternino, Martina Franca und Ostuni ist ideal, um diese wunderschöne Region zu entdecken. Sie können Radtouren entlang der von Trockensteinmauern eingerahmten Wegen unternehmen, die zahlreichen und ortstypischen Restaurants besuchen und die wunderschönen Altstädte von Cisternin, Ostuni, Martina Franca und Locorotondo bewundern.

Das Highlight dieses historischen Wohnhauses aus dem 18. Jhdt, ist die große Dachterrasse, die Ihnen einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer Gagliano del Capo bietet.  Im historischen Zentrum von Gagliano del Capo , einem charmanten Dorf, liegt diese Dimora 4 km von der berühmten Santa Maria di Leuca, 1 km von Marina Ciolo und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt.

Über eine Treppe gelangen Sie in  die 1. Etage in der sich das Esszimmer mit gemauerter Küchenzeile und antikem Kamin befindet, sowie das romantische Doppelschlafzimmer und das Duschbad. Die Dimora wurden in hellen Farben und mit geschmackvollen Möbeln eingerichtiet. Wobei einige antike Möbelstücke dabei sind, die sehr sorgfältig restauriert wurden.
