The villa Paralupi is in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca . The tranquility of this natural landscape and the smell of the sea that reaches up to this point make this wonderful piece of earth an oasis.
The A The property covers 10,000 square meters on which there are three buildings, two of which are new and a trullo in need of restoration. An ancient paralupi (a curb made of flat stones that protrudes outward to prevent wild animals from entering the enclosures) serves as a fortress for a modern wooden house. This holiday home is idyllically located close to San Vito Normanni and San Michele Salentino, in the heart of the Itria valley s surrounded by a beautiful landscape. It is about 15 minutes by car to the sea and the almost Caribbean beaches of Oasi di Torre Guaceto.
The holiday home has an antique part of the building, the trullo, and a new one . In the ancient trullo there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a French bed . Both bedrooms are next to each other and are not separated by a door. A door leads from one of the double bedrooms into the garden. A corridor connects the two parts of the building. In the newer part is the living-dining room, the small kitchen and a shower room.

The rent includes gas, water, bed linen & towels, WiFi internet. To be paid on site: final cleaning € 90.00; Electricity € 35.00, deposit € 150.00, cot (on request) € 35.00, high chair (on request) € 35.00, late arrival (after 10:00 p.m. € 50.00).
If necessary, a visitor’s tax of € 1 per person / day for up to 15 nights may be payable in accordance with the statutory provisions, with the exception of children under 10 years of age.
In the period from June 27th to September 5th, 2020, arrival on Saturday is required.
Settarte in Cisternino war eine sehr gute Wahl für uns und wir haben die eine Woche dort sehr geniessen können bei viel Sonnenschein, sight seeing und vollkommener Ruhe.
Es war wunderschön im Trullo Settearte. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Von der Buchung, bis zur Übergabe des Schlüssels und zur Abreise hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

This beautiful trullo with private pool (4.00 x 6.00m, depth 1.25m) is located in “Torre Ovo” on the north coast of Salento (Ionian side) not far from a beautiful sandy beach that is easily accessible on foot. The Apulia holiday home is located on a natural hill, away from traffic and surrounded by olive trees, thyme, rosemary and myrtle plants. The wonderful garden, a large terrace, an outdoor kitchen and several shady areas offer you pleasant days outdoors, for example with a typical wine from the region “Primitivo di Manduria”.
The Apulia holiday home, which consists of a main body and a 19th century trullo (with independent access), has been renovated in full compliance with local materials and construction techniques. The main house comprises the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the trullo houses the third bedroom with its own bathroom. The decor is simple but in perfect harmony with the colors and style of the building and combined to make the atmosphere of the house even more welcoming. The most modern comforts are provided, including air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. Pool usable from May to October.
The Trullos’ excellent location also allows you to easily reach many other beautiful beaches in Salento by car and the well-known resorts of Porto Cesareo, Lecce and Gallipoli.
