This charming villa is located in Santa Caterina – Nardo, near the famous town of Gallipoli. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, and just 800 meters from the Porto Selvaggio nature reserve, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday near the sea with your family or friends.

Villa Ina was very stylishly decorated in shabby chic and soft colors and comfortably equipped. The house has 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 3 bedrooms each with its own shower room. If required, two cots can be added. The well maintained outdoor area offers a beautiful garden, with covered and furnished terrace and a swimming pool (9.5 × 4 m, 1.40 m low). After a trip to the sea you can enjoy a refreshing swim, sunbathe by the pool or read a book under the pavilion in the shade and relax.

The sea in Santa Caterina, 1 km away, offers crystal clear waters. many sandy beaches can be found from 3 km away. The Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve is just 800 meters from the house. Other places of interest such as Gallipoli, Lecce, Leuca can be easily reached on day trips.

The rent includes gas, water and electricity up to a maximum of 100 kWh (the consumption is also calculated at a price of 0.35 € / kWh). Bed linen and towels weekly (each additional change costs € 25.00 per bed and € 15.00 per bath); WiFi internet. To be paid on the spot: final cleaning € 170,00; small dogs € 50,00; Pool towels in each case 5.00 € (on request); Maid service during the week € 8,00 per hour (on request). Deposit of 300,00 €.
