On a beautiful plot in the heart of Salento is this holiday home with pool. The house is not very big, but optimally divided and functionally furnished in a modern style. A small but nice holiday home for a family.

The house is divided into 1 kitchen with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. In front of the house is the covered and furnished terrace, so that you can enjoy your meals, consisting of typical pugliesischen specialties in this beautiful outdoor area, surrounded by greenery.

A few meters from the house is the pool (9 × 5.5 × 1.4), surrounded by century-old olive trees. A beautiful environment to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

On the property there is also a dog kennel with 2 dogs. The owner looks after the dogs once a day and looks for the pool and the garden.

The small town of Carpignano Salentino is just 1 km from the house and has a few bars, restaurants and small shops. The nearest beach is Alimini. A beach of sand and a spectacular sea with colors ranging from emerald green to turquoise and crystal clear waters. Behind the beach is a pine forest, which offers a pleasant coolness in the hot summer months. On the beach you will find both free beach sections as well as beach services which rent beach chairs and umbrellas.
