Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Aufgeteilt ist die Apulien Ferienwohnung in drei Schlafzimmer, eine ausgestattete Küche und  ein Duschbad.

Der eingezäunte Garten bietet Ihnen eine Außendusche, ein Außen-WC sowie ein überdachte Terrasse. Hier können Sie nach Ihrem Strandaufenthalt wunderbar ausspannen und pugliesische Spezialitäten geniessen. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und TV.

Ideal ist diese Ferienunterkunft  für einen unvergesslichen Badeurlaub , da Sie den Strand zu Fuss erreichen können. Aber auch die bekannte Stadt Ostuni ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Weitere Orte wie Martina Franca, Cisternino und Carovigno können Sie  ebenfalls von hier aus bequem erreichen.

Ferienhaus idyllisch gelegen im Herzen des Valle Itria für 5 Personen

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch in der Nähe  von San Vito Normanni und San Michele Salentino, im Herzen des Itria Tals, umgeben von einer herrlichen Landschaft. Zum Meer und zu den fast karaibischen Stränden von Oasi di Torre Guaceto  sind es von hier aus ca. 15 Autominuten.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen anticken Gebäudeteil, dem Trullo, und einem Neuen. Im antiken Trullo befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit einem Doppelbett und eins mit einem französischem Bett.  Beide Schlafzimmer liegen nebeneinander und sind nicht über eine Tür getrennt. Von dem einen Doppelschlafzimmer führt eine Tür in den Garten. Ein Flur verbindet die beiden Gebäudeteile. Im neueren Teil liegt das Wohn-Esszimmer, die kleine Küche und ein Duschbad.

Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine überdachte Veranda, die sich für ein entspanntes Frühstück oder ein Abendessen mit pugliesischen Spezialitäten anbietet. Der schöne Garten ist ideal für die kleinen Gäste,  die hier ungestört spielen können.

San Vito Normanni und San Michele Salentino sind nur wenige Kilometer entfertn. Wie auch die bekannte weiße Stadt Ostuni. Erkunden Sie dieses herrrliche Gebiet mit den charakteristischen Trulli und die wunderschöne Küste, die Ihnen Sandstrände wie auch Felsstrände bietet.

Dieser sehr hübsche Trullo liegt in der wunderschönen Landschaft von San Michele Salentino, idyllisch eingebettet auf einem Olivenhain, können Sie hier wunderbar in Ruhe Ihren Urlaub geniessen. 

Der Trullo wurde mit viel Sorgfalt restauriert und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sie finden zwischen den dicken Mauern des Trullo einen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer gemauerten Küchenzeile und einem Schlafsofa unter einer Alcova. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Einbadzimmer (Durchgangszimmer zum Duschbad) und das Duschbad. Ausgestatt ist das Haus mit Mückennetzen, Klimaanlage (Wohnbereich), TV, Waschmaschine und Internet.

Auf dem Anwesen steht Ihnen ein überdachte Terrasse und herrlicher Swimmingpool (4x10m, Tiefe 1,20-1,40m), sowie eine weitere Sitzgarnitur  zur Verfügung.  Für die kleinen Gäste ist zu dem ausreichend Platz zum Spielen vorhanden.

San Michele Salentino ist von hier aus nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Im Ort finden Sie Supermärkte, Bars Restaurants. Und die herrliche Küste mit den Sandstränden, Dünen und Steinstränden ist von hier aus nur  20 Autominuten entfernt. Ein ideales Plätzchen um das südliche Apulien zu erkunden.

Mediterrane Villa mit Pool und Meerblick für 6 Personen

Die Villa Paralupi befindet sich im Zentrum von Santa Maria di Leuca. Die Ruhe dieser  naturreichen Landschaft und der Geruch des Meeres, der bishier her reicht, machen einen Oase aus diesem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde.

Das Anwesen umfasst 10.000 Quadratmeter, auf denen es drei Gebäude gibt, von denen zwei neu sind und ein Trullo restauriert werden muss. Ein uralter Paralupi (ein Randstein aus flachen Steinen, der nach außen ragt, um zu verhindern, dass wilde Tiere in die Gehege eindringen) dient als Festung für ein modernes Holzhaus. Für den Bau wurden Materialien von ausgezeichneter Qualität verwendet. Die großen Fenster lassen das Innere hell erscheinen und bieten einen außergewöhnlichen Blick nach außen. Diese Struktur besteht aus einem Wohn- / Esszimmer, einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer.

Am anderen Ende des Gartens befindet sich das zweite Gebäude, die Dependance. Dieses  verfügt über einen Kochbereich mit einem Wohnzimmer, das ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen bietet, ein sehr eindrucksvolles Badezimmer aus Stein und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Fenster. Ein Außenbereich bietet Platz für Tische und Sonnenschirme.

Zwischen diesen beiden Gebäuden, die nur gemeinsam gebucht werden können, liegt der Infinity-Pool (16×6 m, Tiefe 1,50m) mit einem Blick auf das Meer, der einen Hauch von Entspannung und Wohlbefinden bietet. Auf dem gesamten Anweisen  wurden verschiedene Bereiche geschaffen, darunter der große Grillbereich oder der angenehme Ruhebereich mit einem Holzsitz um einen Olivenbaum.
